Community Support Programs

Connection and Support

We believe that a supported community is a healthy community. Providing a safe and inclusive space for hard conversations is the foundation of creating a supported community. There is no charge for any of our community group meetings and offerings. Please reach out if you have any questions.

What is Codependence?

Somewhere along the line, we learned to doubt our perception, discount our feelings, and overlook our needs. We looked to others to tell us what to think, feel, and behave. Other people supplied us with information about who we were and should be. It became more important to be compliant or avoidant rather than to be authentic, and we adopted rigid beliefs about what “should be.” We believed that if we could just “get it right,” things would be okay. When we “got it wrong,” our sense of security and self-worth evaporated.

Co-Dependents Anonymous, CoDA, is a fellowship of people whose common purpose is to develop healthy and loving relationships. Led by a CoDA member himself, Colter Schroeder. Group meets every Tuesday evening 6:30pm. To learn more about CoDA visit

A community here that is safe, supportive and welcoming to all who seek recovery from life’s challenges. Each session offers a themed reading/discussion and a yoga practice that are both based in the rich tradition of Yogic philosophy. The yoga practice invites an embodiment of the theme and a chance to use breath in creating alignment, connection, and steadiness in the mind and body. Open to all who seek refuge in self AND community – no prior yoga experience necessary. For questions, email Becca Rose at
