This simple class offers an opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body while connecting to your breath so that you leave feeling balanced and grounded. All levels of experience are welcome and you don’t need to be flexible – yoga is for any and every Body (especially the tight and tired!). Be welcomed to this space that is free of judgment, full of encouragement. This is all done barefoot on a yoga mat. *Props are available and pose variations/options will be offered to help you come into each pose with confidence and ease.
VIN TO YIN
combination offering of strengthening vinyasa and deep stretch, perfect for working through the day that passed and then relaxing into the night ahead. The first part of the class will focus on warming the body and moving with the breath through invigorating postures, followed by slow stretch of a Yin practice. Yin yoga slows us down and focuses on more active stretching postures, held for 2-4 minutes. After the heat of the vinyasa portion, the yin is cooling as it allows for a pause to reach deeper into the body’s connective tissues, contributing to better circulation and flexibility to the tendons, ligaments and facia. <All levels and experience welcome>

Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection. This entire session is done standing on the floor. Most people wear sneakers during this class but you may also find barefoot feels good.
Mindful Resilience For Trauma
Tend to your nervous system with this trauma-informed approach to mindful movement with breath. Beginners welcome. Modifications offered. This is done barefoot on a yoga mat. Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps are provided but you may bring your own from home if you have them.
Joint Mobility Work
In the Joint Mobility class we will be working on opening the meridians or channels of energy that supply the joint with vital fluids and energy. This will in turn improve joint mobility and decrease inflammation. For the majority of the class we will work through a set series of gentle movements and stretches addressing the feet and ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, wrists and fingers, and the facet joints of the cervical and thoracic spine. For the last 10-15 minutes, anyone in class with joint discomfort can volunteer and I will demonstrate simple and practical techniques that can be done at home to relieve pain. This will also be a time to ask any questions you may have in regards to diet, nutrition, supplements, medications, and lifestyle choices as they apply to joint health.
Sound Bowl Meditations
Bring something comfy and relax while your body soaks in the beautiful vibrations of sound bowls. Blankets, pillows and mats are welcome.
Yoga Dance – Oula One
Oula One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness. This is all done barefoot on a yoga mat. Mats will be provided if you do not have one.
Down to earth mindful movement and meditation practices that any teen can relate to. Our instructor has specific certifications to ensure that youth participants will get the most out of each session. We discuss the science behind the autonomic nervous system to take the shame and blame out of negative thoughts and emotions. Mats, gear, and music provided!

The Pilates Method, or Contrology, as Joseph Pilates referred to it as, can help the body in a variety of ways. Pilates is not just for professionals and athletes; it is for everybody and at every stage of life. This Classical Pilates mat class will focus on ROM (range of motion), breathing, balance, posture, strengthening, and flexibility. Incorporating the breath with mindful movement is essential for maintaining mobility, especially as our bodies age. Come join the fun while lengthening and toning your muscles without pain and with only limited repetitions. Integrate your body and mind for relaxation and concentration. Maximize your breathing capacity and improve your circulation while addressing the abdominals and the spinal column, which can be two of the biggest problem areas, especially as a body ages. The class format may change from class to class depending upon the participants’ needs, abilities, and restrictions.
